Plot to Pick up and Detain Adom-Otchere, Oppong Nkrumah, others, Thickens

The National Investigations Bureau, NIB, has penned down a long list of former appointees to be picked up in Rambo-style in the weeks ahead.

Sources within the NIB have informed Whispers Media Network that these appointees may face charges to demonstrate authoritative power.

“The charges to be preferred are non-existent ones. This is to show them where power lies and to keep in the minds of Ghanaians that the NPP was more corrupt than the NDC’’ one source stated.

The targeted individuals are Paul Adom-Otchere, Kwadwo Oppong Nkrumah, Patrick Boamah, Kofi Ofosu Nkansah, Andrew Egyapa Mercer, Abena Osei Asare and Dominic Nitiwul.

Other names on the list include Ben Asante of Ghana Gas, Dubik Mahama of ECG, Kwaku Agyemang Manu, and all the regional ministers under Akufo-Addo.

The sources further stated that some of these people seen to be friends of President Mahama cannot be picked up while he is still in Ghana. Such people will be picked up when he travels.

“Paul Adom-Otchere for instance, though very critical of the government, he is friends with President Mahama, and, therefore, his arrest wouldn’t be possible when His Excellency John Dramani Mahama is in town” he said.

Whispers Media Network hopes to publish the other individuals when their lists come up.
